Starting the home renovation process can seem overwhelming. Let us help make it a little easier for you.

Initial Phone Call/Email

Someone from our team will ask you some preliminary questions about your project. This helps us get a feel for the size of project, what you hope to achieve and your expectations for the project. These questions help us understand your goals for the job and how we can help you achieve them. We will then set up an in-person or virtual meeting to go over the project. 

Preliminary Consultation

During this meeting we will take a look at the space you want to work on. We will discuss ideas of what you would like to do, discuss layout options and design ideas. We then take measurements of the space and discuss material options and and finishes. We will then discuss how we do the work, our procedures and things you need to be aware of in the project. We will then explain to you how the project will be priced. 

Estimate

On a standard project you will receive an emailed estimate within a few days detailing the scope of the work, what we will be doing and materials that are included in the price. We pride ourselves on using quality materials that last well beyond our warranty. In situations where there are many different finish options we often give a budget range  to give a client an idea of cost. This range allows the client to see if the project is within their budget without having to invest  a lot of time if it does not. If the price range lines up with their budget we set up another design meeting. 

Technical & Design Consultation

These meetings are meant to help finalize plans and pricing on larger or more detailed projects. During the meeting we will often bring in professional subcontractors such as plumbers, electricians, architects, and engineers if needed to consult on the plan for the project. These meeting could also take place at one of the showrooms we work with.
